Return Policy for Store Credit Only:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit. After the 30 day period the items will be sent back to you.
To be eligible for store credit your item must be in unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Additional non-returnable non-exchangeable items: Gift Cards
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. In person, online orders will be looked up.
**Please allow 14-30 business days to receive your store credit code.
There are certain situations where only a partial exchange credit are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is exchanged more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return for store credit is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be issued store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned for store credit and are final sale.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange, send us a message with the item you would like to replace it with, via Facebook and mail your item to 9420 Cuyamaca St. Suite 120, Santee, California 92071 with a note.
Defective items will be replaced by the same item or store credit only, if the item cannot be replaced.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift card for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and they will be notified about the return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be invoiced to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We must physically receive a returned product to issue a store credit. All items issued delivered by the delivery service are declared in your possession and must be physically shipped back and received for store credit.
